1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GreynAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by Oriverse ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

GreynAI is an AI-powered environmental impact analyzer that helps individuals and organizations measure, understand, and reduce their carbon footprint through intelligent data analysis and personalized recommendations. The Service includes carbon footprint assessments, AI-generated insights, data visualization, and PDF report generation.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Data & Assessments

You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service. By submitting assessment data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We use IPCC-compliant emission factors and Google Gemini AI to generate insights from your data.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Carbon footprint calculations and AI-generated recommendations are estimates based on available data and standard emission factors. They should not be considered as certified environmental audits. While we strive for accuracy, actual emissions may vary based on numerous factors beyond the scope of this Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) submit false or misleading data with intent to manipulate results; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by Oriverse and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreynAI and Oriverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on assessment results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
